Same. I’ve owned a Bolt and still own an ID4. The Model 3 we bought a year ago is the only thing we’ll drive any kind of distance in because of the charging. I detest Musky, but the cars are the only practical EV in the market. If the CCS plugs at superchargers become universal there will be no reason to buy a Tesla. 

They are out there and rolling out to more everyday. 

Aaaaaand none of that mattered when the stupid app stopped working and you couldn’t buy your groceries because you couldn’t be bothered to carry a small piece of plastic. 

Problem is, they don’t always work. We tried to get away without the stupid apps when we had our Bolt. Nope. EA card readers were even more spotty than using the app. The reader is physically there but the chargers wouldn’t initialize.

We have and ID4 and a Model 3, and if there is any chance that we’ll need to charge while out for a day or 2, the ID4 sits at home.
