Not just you. Selling things privately sucks. When I sold my 911 a few months ago I had a similar ad to yours. Constant  stupid questions that we’re already answered in the ads and tons of offers for 25-50% of asking price. After a couple weeks the right buyer came through with a 5% below my asking price offer.
