These are wonderful little cars. I test drove one with the V6 when they were new and it was just this tiny little fun thing, like a more unique CRX. If this thing was local, my wife would be pissed off because I’d probably bring it home.

Sadly, not a manual.
He hates the 40hr work week, sick time, holidays, and labor laws that we all enjoy. Fuck them, right?
Which is completely irrelevant. What most people consider off roading is Driving down dirt roads and across a lawn. You could do it in a Camry.
Sounds like someone without Porsche experience.
Yes, I traded in 2 of my leases on a different car and had the equity applied to the new car as a down payment. Made thousands over turning it in.
My son LOVED my Miata. I had it from his birth through about 1.5yr old. It really is perfectly sized for a kid to really experience the open air.
If you go to their site you can get physical versions from elsewhere. IIRC Walmart and Amazon were linked.
I’m running it on a PC with the graphics set at Ultra. Dashes look real and the mirrors all work.
Thanks for posting this. I’d have never heard about it otherwise. I picked it up today and have spent hours driving around. I really enjoy the game.
Which goes right back to the point of what I wrote. If they don’t bring the hatch to the US, I’m not buying. I’ll continue to buy the VW version, which is a hatch.
The A3 is the same chassis as the GTI and Golf R. Both of which I’d take over this sedan. If the hatch came here I’d be a buyer.
Pretty, but unless they bring the hatch to the USA, it’s not for me. I’ll take the VW version that comes in an interesting, useful wrapper instead.
I see. We have a difference in tactics. I tell them what I want. If they provide it, we proceed. If they don’t, I don’t go back and ask them to please do what I asked. I just move on. You say that they push back and ask you to come in and you insist, I just assume I’ve found a dealer that can’t read what is written…
You haven’t asked for quotes from various dealers then. Very new car I’ve bought in the last 10 years or so has started with inquiries to a few dealers with the exact model in their inventory I’m interested in asking for an itemized quote. If I send those to 5 dealers, 2 will not respond with more than please come in…
It’s nothing like the original when this was first posted.
You get that from me not liking chrome wheels? Cool. Where do you see all these beat up old Camrys with black wheels? Can’t think of a single time I’ve ever seen that. All of my cars have the stock silver wheels they came with from the factory.
Since you jumped to that, I guess I can assume that you are the standard…
I hate chrome wheels on anything. Love M Parallels, though. Nothing a trip to the shop and a nice refinishing can’t solve.
I’m the kind of idiot who would show up and buy the thing (albeit not at that price, but closer to $6500 seems realistic).
This is a great commuter, some day we will need those again. I have a 2nd gen and it’s amazing how seamless and normal it is in daily use. They’ve got great handling and acceleration and are cheap to drive.
