Love these. I’m in the process of rebuilding an 02 E46 325XI wagon with a manual. I paid $500 for it. This is maaaaaybe $10k nicer, I could sure as hell build mine into this for $10k or less and have less miles on it.

About the only good thing I can say about getting older and needing glasses is that I have a lot less crap fly in my eyes while working on projects. I only remembered to put on safety glasses AFTER having something hit me, now I’m safe at all times.

I have a 996 C4 Cab. It drives great and gets way more attention than I am comfortable with. People stop and take pictures of it, ask me all kinds of questions about it, and want to race at lights. I’ve never felt unwelcome or had anything but positive comments at the Porsche gatherings I’ve been to either.
