Pure entertainment is exactly it for me. Mildly interesting, pretty clothes, big fancy events, more pretty clothes . . . And as you noted, they don’t affect me or my life in any way so I can “enjoy” them 100% stress free.

It’s presumptuous that anyone aside from the person suffering should have a say in how long they must endure aforementioned suffering.

They did not have a specialized facility geared toward her specific needs, true. As I said there should have been MORE help available. I think there should ALWAYS be more help available for trauma victims and mental health in general.

I never said that a 17 year old brain was as fully formed as a 25 year old brain. That does not change the trauma. Would she feel differently about that trauma at 25? Maybe, maybe not. Would she feel different at 59? Probably. You can name any age, you can name drugs and treatments all of them COULD change things.

So many people are outraged either way and that is interesting to me. For some reason people think that other humans lives are their domain.

I don’t think safety standards explains it. If a Honda Fit can pass safety standards, so can a truck smaller than a Sherman tank.

People are stupid, because they’re buying trucks that they almost never use as trucks when a more efficient minivan/hatch/sedan combined with renting a truck the rare times they need one would be much more efficient.
