Trump is synonymous with made in China crap. Why hide it now?

Funny tennis ball story. My buddy had a Mazda 3 hatchback. He used the tennis ball method which allowed him to back into the garage the proper distance each time. He had tied a bolt to the end of the string, then cut a small hole in the ball and fit it over the bolt. Everything worked great. Then one day he pulls in

In NC you have to get a bonded title, which means a DMV inspector comes and looks at your car first...had a customer with 2 cars that needed titles: a ‘31 Ford Tudor that never had a title, and a ‘62 Triumph TR-3A.

Torch would drink it.

previous job I held I was driving pre-production Fords. Naturally got to see some non-American Ford vehicles, and drive some as well. Shame we aren’t (at least as far as I know) getting the diesel in the Edge’s good mileage and that stick shift was nice as well (if you’re wondering, yes RHD stick shift does take some

Is there a CUV, including this one, that is wider than it is tall? Is there a track that permits a vehicle that is taller than it is wide to drive in anger? Regardless, has anyone ever seen an SUV or CUV turn a hot lap on a track? (I did see an old Toyota Hilux once, but again — width>height on those old trucks).

I believe that’s an S-Max. EU only model, AFAIK.

Cheers. Making a note for five years from now when I need a new (used) car.

I would drive the everloving crap out of that

Also, what is this sweet wagon anyway, I want it.

This is like cool old professor dad his cool young programmer son.

Maybe consider a Tahoe? I rented one a few years ago, and loved it. It is so much more nimble and easier to park with it’s shorter wheelbase than my truck is. I know it’s still really big, but you do get used to it.

I think it is a pretty big issue, in our little Colorado group we have had 5. 3 I know for sure were stock including me.

Love the 6 wagon. Had a 5dr V6 5mt for a while. LOVED that car.

You and I have similar tastes on a lot of things. I too really like 4runners especially the v8 models. My only about the 4runner is the inside is weirdly small despite its large appearance. Tough to describe. I think it would be a tough pill for you to swallow going from a minivan to a body on frame SUV.

Yeah seems like all minivans are kind of on the low side for whatever reason (parents have a Grand Caravan R/T tow rating is 3500lbs). Only other option I can think of is getting something like a Chevy Express van or a Ford Econoline, which I wouldn’t suggest either. (those can tow quite a bit more than a minivan)

Please do. My wife is understanding, but not THAT understanding...

How bad can the lake effect be? :O I’m someone who actually enjoys driving in a blizzard so long as traffic doesn’t turn into a parking lot.

That’s because Ford never offered the wagon or hatchback versions here like they do in Europe!

and not feel guilty driving hard
