I did know about that, learnt it from Doug DeMuro when he gave a video tour of his Skyline. I wonder if Japanese steering wheel controls get properly mirrored. Now I must search the Googles. I do know that an old RHD Mazda 6 in the UK uses the same steering wheel as my 6wagon in the USA.

Well if they actually graduated from Dale Jr. University, I’ll give them a pass. But otherwise no.

See that makes even less sense, why would they flip it?

Yeah but their gauge cluster is lit up at full brightness, they’re good to go.

You gotta hail to the victors. Or don’t, I honestly don’t care.

There are 19 buttons, switches, and paddles on the steering wheel. NINETEEN. There’s nothing intuitive about that, though the audio and cruise control options are where you’d expect them.

Ha. I live 3 miles from the actual Big House, wear a Michigan cap I bought at Walmart in Dearborn. Whatever. I’m just a casual townie fan anyways. But I do sorta laugh at the wall of M gear within Walmart.

I proudly display to others that I row my own. Sticker is minimal enough and fills an empty spot on the tailgate.

She’s no beauty queen, but thank you sir. I’m surprised they never made it to the UK, I saw quite a few in Germany when I was last there (DT reports seeing plenty there over the last few weeks) and of course they’re all built in Japan so RHD is readily available.

Yep, the 05 Legacy GT wagon (with manual, of course) is on my short list of other cars I’d consider. At the time I got my first 6 wagon, there just weren’t any manual Legacy wagons (turbo or not, or Outback) that were in the price range I wanted to spend. Perhaps I should have spent more or considered an auto version s

Yeah, now that I have the option to leave the van taken apart in the garage for days at a time, chipping away at projects in a slower and more professional manner is way more possible. Your patch job appears to be coming along nicely.

Yeah I think the kit I chose is for an older Chevy Equinox. Just measure your springs and you’ll be set.

Ha, “trying” is right. I get that such “repairs” make a professional want to cry, but I think it’s a bit of a stretch to consider hack-job cosmetic repairs something that makes the vehicle unsafe. If I had any concern about the safe operation of our van, it would be addressed in a professional manner.

You sir, are on an old/small minivan tear today. Keep up the good work.

Big orange!

Ha, that’s usually my gauge, “can I see out the back?” And if not, there’s a camera for that.

My gen MPV was actually offered with awd in Asia and Europe. Not sure if you could combine the manual transmission with awd. But either way, I’ve thought about getting my hands on some JDM awd goodness.

He's a 90's Mopar junkie of sorts, I'm sure he'd love your van. I think he wants a turbo Voyager pretty bad.

If they don’t list your vehicle (as they didn’t for my MPV) just do a few measurements and pick a kit based on that.

Rust has really been its only Achilles heel. I’d still drive it to California tonight.
