Yeah thanks, believe it or not, I understood the highly intricate construction of the joke. Gomez and Bieber have extensive history together. It was just odd that they didn't reference that at all, especially when Gomez came on stage seconds later.
I thought it was weird that Kate McKinnon pulled out the Bieber but it did not involve Selena Gomez in any way. I wonder if they asked her if she would do something Bieber related and she nixed it. Most likely would have been funnier than the interaction they dreamed up with Rousey. Missed opportunity, mebbe.
He definitely put his best foot forward. Okay, maybe it wasn't his foot, exactly. He definitely put one of his wife's feet forward, for sure.

I cut Rex Ryan a lot of slack because he's the antithesis of milquetoast and I just want to be entertained at the end of the day. Plus, he deserves BIG props for hiring the first female assistant coach. Long live Rex Ryan, long may he reign! (as long as he's not coaching my team, that is)
It was nice that Trebek complimented Jen Arnold on her reading of the clues, but it also seemed a bit condescending. Lots of guests have read clues, but Trebek doesn't usually gush that they will put him out of a job.
Or I could be reading too much into it.
David Duke? I thought felons couldn't run for office.
I might not remember the individual episodes of The Hulk anymore, but I'm never going to forget the haunting theme music. It made me so sad for the dude. He would just get something going and maybe establish a friendship or two, and then he had to leave. [Cue Music]

In a tremendous show of solidarity, I am mildly put out that the Syracuse / Virginia basketball game is postponed until Sunday.
(UVA is in Charlottesville, but probably most of Virginia is getting socked, huh)
Kate, thanks for covering the show. I'm sure it wasn't your favorite assignment, but the effort and the insights were greatly appreciated!
It would have been fascinating to see the franchise under someone else's control. Tim Kring is a great idea man, horrible showrunner.

They missed out on a marketing opportunity by not casting Ice in this one:
I can't upvote J Lo. I just….can't.
Is it unusual that no one thought of Tom Jones? He used to be Welshman prime.
…Jeb Stuart, whose blunders helped his side lose the Battle of Gettysburg..
