In truth you should blame the Government... They’ve had 14 years to get rid of those who cause the formation of all those ‘Thieves Standing Around’... It doesn’t help though when people show up 1 hour before a flight or the fact they are carrying way to much crap thru security..... Less is better!

They should start using Rope.. you can’t botch up a ‘Hanging’ and its cheaper too....
