A woman wanting a friend over a hero in a relationship is a rather reasonable opinion no matter where you are in the world today. Obviously there is push back in some places, but Korea is a nation with plenty of modern views on women overcoming archaic ones.

Recently a young Korean woman was slaughtered like an animal by a guy because he felt women weren’t giving him the respect he was due as a man. He didn’t know her. She was just the woman he decided was going to pay for his ego. Korean men who could easily pass for the average geekbro commenter here on Kotaku protested…

Not to mention the Lovecraftian nightmare necessary to twist the girl in the center’s spine the way it is.

It doesn’t look extreme or radical in anyway. It just sounds a site that feminists frequent.

I read like 90% of that Real Koreans article, and I still don’t get it. Like...is this Megallain site the equivilent of extreme radical feminists in the US?
