Golden lh article, thumbs up Whitson.

Another commenter, Gryffin, mentioned it can be slow to add up all the directories, which does make sense. But I tried it out on some pretty big folders with 30+ subfolders, and it calculated the size right away without slowing down my computer at all.

Ahh, good point — I was wondering why it wasn't a default setting. I actually didn't experience any slow down, but I imagine it could happen for some super large folders. Thanks for the insight!

Oh sweet, thanks for the feature Whitson! @GoBobbyGo I'm running Lion as well. I should have been more clear — that option only shows up if you are in list view (I guess column view isn't included). That should do it

hehe, I'm definitely directionally challenged... will check out that app, thanks! c:

that is a great idea, thanks for the tip. I do still have to figure out what cell phone rates are like...but that might be my only option (but as you say, saving battery is worth it)

haha sweet, I will definitely check that out, thank you.

Sounds good to me. I'm not sure how much wandering time we'll actually have, but being able to explore without a specific purpose for a time doesn't sound bad at all. Thanks for the tip :)

About to take my first trip to Europe with my family next month. Any tips on how we can make it as awesome as possible and go above and beyond the standard tourist trip? How can I find out about all the stuff to do/see that aren't your average tourist-y go to sites?

I know what you mean, but on the contrary, you can practice being genuinely interested in someone. The best relationships comes from being genuine.

Nice, thanks for sharing! It looks good, I'll have it give it at try in the future.

To those who pointed out the downsides, the alternative/midway point between this and Dropbox is Cubby (as featured by LH before). It turns folders on your computer into cloud-synced folders.

All really great points, thanks for the insight! I haven't heard of any site that emails your plain-text password, only password resets, but I didn't even think about identity theft issues. Great suggestions for alternatives, too. I was thinking about more expensive items (eg. tech gear, certainly cars, etc.) that

Quick tip for scanning: Don't center the card immediately. Offset it a little so the camera has a chance to focus correctly, then slide the card into the frame all the way — makes for a much clearer scan.

Haha, ah sheesh thanks so much, man! Alright, more comments it is c:

Thanks for the quick reply dude. I'm "audiopocalypse", sometimes I post in the tips forum — those posts are gone, but no big deal. Now that they are, though, all of my older posts are up front and I hate looking back at how I spoke a year ago. In the absence of a way to delete old comments, is there any possibility

Are private messages not possible anymore? Also, all of the posts to the old Tips forum, are they gone for good?

I wonder if this would ever be possible with hard books and ebooks. I always prefer having hard copies of my books, but sometimes it's easier to just read it on my Kindle.

That's strange, I restarted my phone earlier today, but I checked my FT over cellular setting, and it was off. Restarted the phone just now, and the setting is on now. Wonder why it didn't happen when I rebooted my phone earlier today (a day after this article was posted).
