I agree. I wish this game would be as linear as Lara Croft, Max Payne 3, or any of the Arkham games. Those were just long enough for me to spend time on and finish.

I think this really should fall on Uber to fix this as it sounds like a point of sale error and canceling the transaction then putting it through again would have been the first step in solving this as I think it would have probably solved 99% of the problems.
