So very glad this is happening for her. When this was first reported back around 5 years ago, Lisa mentioned meeting with directors to get this rolling, but after doing The Riddle of the Sphinx, I suppose that gave her the drive and experience needed to helm this one herself.

Think it is because it would bleed into the holiday season if they ran one a week for eight weeks, where typically networks (cable or over-the-air) don’t air new material. Don’t know if anyone put out new content on a week-to-week basis in that time, until Hulu did it last year with Runaways (they’re going with the

The dude just killed his own daughter & isn’t exactly in the best mental shape at the moment. Checking his gun is the least of his priorities at that moment.

Thanks for the clarification.

‘How the hell did Delores manage to sabotage the Man in Black’s gun so that he could fire many times, including at her, but only backfire (taking off a great many fingers, it looks like) when he tried to shoot her in the head, which is the only shot that would kill her? ‘

Yep. Her narrative in the tablet read ‘Mainland Infiltration’.

The events of the pilot occurred a year after Juliet’s death. But as she does see a version of William dragging Dolores into the barn in the memory card, it’s heavily implied that he’s done it more than once.

Maeve & Ford had a scene in E8 of S1, after her daughter was killed by The Man in Black. The one where he says he’ll redesignate her into a new role at the Mariposa.

Screencap reminds me of the 90s Jonny Quest.

One of the prequels was being developed by Carly Wray (alum of Mad Men, The Leftovers, Westworld; specifically this week’s episode), but it was reported last week that she was developing an anthology show with HBO (as well as working on a feature based on a real life story).

I’d like to think she’s doing both shows,

Yeah, he did when he came upon the latter’s corpse during the first Wyatt massacre, but I specifically was gunning for an interaction of sorts. Maybe a diagnostic session when he first came online.

‘Will Maeve live or die?’

Kevin Carroll’s able to cut lose a lot more here (compared to The Leftovers, where the character called for him to be more restrained), and he just rocked it. Great casting choice

I was aware that one of the holdover episodes from S2 was supposed to be an all-flashback episode (in the vein of RAM from Person of Interest S3), and given how this started & played out for about the first half, I thought this was it. But they flipped it around nicely & it turned to be an unintentional homage to

Tricia Helfer is billed as a series regular, so yes, she will be back.

The scene with her & Michael about killing her, was almost like Finch & The Machine in the S4 finale.

Teared up watching this. Great job...

“You’ve got to wonder if this is the only script that’s finished, or if they’re all done and shooting begins soon?”

Nobody stays single in The CW.

Happy for Charlie Jane, Arrival, & Westworld.
