I actually SPECIFICALLY do rent to own through a company called “Conn’s” because they report to credit. In fact, my $1300 couch was financed out to $3800. Log back in and reinstall. Also, your admin has to approve the installer being available to you. You can download it yourself from somewhere else and use your credentials and it will still work
