That every character in his movies speak with the same voice is the most tired and lazy critique and I won't apologize to you for calling you out on it. It has nothing to do with taste, it's simply not true.

I don’t really ever read manga. I experience the story through the anime so reading about the plot developments in the manga would spoil the story for me. I didn’t read the song of ice and fire books either but I love the tv show. And I’m so glad my friends who did read the books didn’t spoil big events for me.

I'm just glad we are past the J. J. Abrams era of Star Wars. As soon as he was announced I knew what kind of movie that was gonna be and I was right. That being said I still greatly enjoyed parts of it, that lighsaber battle at the end in particular.

I liked the X-Wing stuff in this movie a lot more than Force Awakens. I hope they do a Rogue Squadron movie.
