Here in Maine we have a special breed of driver. The slow person in a big hurry. He/she will zip out into traffic if given even the smallest opening in front of you like they are late for the birth of their child. Then, once they have gained ONE car length by cutting you off instead of waiting 5 seconds for the 1/2

One winter a friend had booked a gig in Springfield, MA. We both lived in Portland, ME at the time ad so this wasn't going to be a big deal. Two and a half hour ride... free tickets... free booze... hotel room... good to go. Then it started snowing.

That was the first thing I thought!

Let me start out with this... THIS COP IS A DICK AND DESERVES TO BE FIRED!!

The last time I saw a 2.5rs for anything close to $10,000 it was mostly made up of swapped in STi parts. A bone stock one with little to no rust goes for anywhere from $3000 to $5000 depending on miles around New England.

Huh... I never noticed the latency, but right after I read your reply i tried it out and your right, it is just a bit slower if you are looking for it. What did it for me, besides the price break I got, was the seamless integration with my gmail, the larger screen that my clumsy fingers can type bettter on and

I must respectfully disagree. I like my Galaxy S2 much better than my old iPhone. I have a car dock for the galaxy and the voice recognition works great. I also would never pay the premiums that the automakers are going to be asking for the ability to hook just one type of device into my car. I am not an Apple hater

I liked the quaint-my-ride s-class from top gear. Just bolt those seats down and I will take it for a very slow ride around town.

They target these cars because they are essentially big red targets driving around on the road waiting to be spotted. Grey market BMW's look almost identical to USDM BMW's, while there is no USDM skyline of this generation.

Ex post facto does not apply since the laws have been in place for far longer than these cars have existed.

Without a roof, you could just wait till it rains to take a shower.

STi swapped leggy wagon? I would just go with the WRX STi Hatch.

I second that!

You clearly missed missed the entire point of the article.

You must have had the one bad example of these cars. I respectfully disagree with you on almost every point.

I would rather have a 89-91 gen Si, but those are also REALLY hard to find this clean. The styling on the later years is better in my opinion. Also, it was my first car and I would give my left kidney for one that was rust and rice free.

For me personally there are only a few jobs I would shy away from even if I did have the proper tools, space and time.

Just asked my fiance, she said that we probably would not have lasted had I owned a minivan when we met, but that she thought the Kizashi was "OK".

Try having that happen in a Saab 900 some day. I had back pain for weeks.

Don't forget that the amount of carbon released during the manufacture of a new car can often greatly surpass the amount released from the tailpipe of your old car over the the lifespan of the new car. So even if you manage to break even with a new, more efficient car (not a likely result), you will still be harming
