If only both sides could realize they need each other. Obviously, without the fantastic leadership of the CEO, the workers would no longer have jobs. However, without the hard work of the employees, the CEO wouldn't have a company. So now that the CEO has gotten rewarded for his contributions, so too should the…
Im satisfied that i just laughed my ass off for my $.02 share of the repair bill.
it would probably be incredibly difficult, given how low their center of gravity is. There would be a very small "sweet spot" between being balanced and flipping it onto its roof. Im sure it could be done, but I would hate to own the practice Ferrari.
Everything else that is not the engine is GM crap which the crazy swedes somehow managed to get to work. Thats why it seems over-engineered, because it took a genius to simply get it to fit into the car and run correctly for a little while. Then it takes a genius mechanic to figure out what is wrong and how to fix it.…
Many states require plates on both front and rear of the car. I was pulled over in Maine one time for not having them on the front of my car and was stunned when I got home, got online, and found out that was actually true, and not popo BS.
I must try that sometime. Heart-click!
Did that look painfully slow and out of control to anyone else, or was it just me.
Spyker C8 - Crap handling, crap brakes, AC but no vents, as JC says, "A car you wear rather than drive."
They are also incredibly fun to drive, until they break down, which breaks your heart and your wallet at the same time. You drive around swearing you will sell the damn thing as soon as you get it running right again. Then when you do, you enjoy it so much that you think to yourself, "I cant sell this car now, its…
The entirety of Yellowstone National Park. The two ring roads that circle the park have sights to see along the entire stretch. They are also some of the greatest roads to drive on if you can somehow avoid traffic. The roads were built at a time that the government was trying to make the national parks MORE people and…
Gotta nominate that for COTD.
Is that a Viggen?
I would argue that you should include the 94-02 900/9-3 as well. Better fuel economy, same turbo fun, less awkward, and they will get you accustomed early to being broke and wondering where you went wrong.
Actually, I kind of like all the other mods except the rear end. If someone would be so kind as to slam into the backside of this crack-pipe, thus drastically reducing the price and the gag factor at the same time, then it would definitely get a nice price vote from me. Until then, CRACK PIPE!
Anyone know what rally this photo was taken at? It has to be either an American or Canadian series, cause I don't think Rockstar sponsors any teams across the pond.
There are also mechanical losses that are impossible to escape from in a manual transmission. In most electric cars, the efficiency gains from having a manual are far outweighed by the losses from having all those extra moving parts, and most e-cars are made for efficiency, not fun. Clearly, this morgan is made for…
Definitely have to agree here. Original "Muscle" car. Stuff a huge engine in a small (for the time) car. Who cares if you cant turn when you have this much fun in a straight line.
I live in Maine, and drive to the ski resorts in all sorts of weather, and have never had an AWD car. Studded snow tires and mad skills have kept me out of the snowbanks even in the worst blizzards. That said, Studded snows, mad skills AND AWD would get me there faster and be much more fun on the way.
Gotta agree with this one. Mine was a '91 though, and bone stock except for a intake. It was plenty fast from 0-60, and was TONS of fun through the back woods roads, but was definitely NOT a highway car. I would trade my left nut in a second for another one of these that was rust-free and unmolested.
