Since my father has been diagnosed with dementia in 2016, it’s been affecting me greatly over the past couple of years. Last fall I finally decided to look into a therapist and I’ve been on lexapro for about 4 months now. I still have pangs of depression and anxiety but I’m better than I was last year.

Stardew Valley: I started my first farm a couple of weeks ago and I’m at the beginning of winter so I’m getting deeper into the mines.
