Im in the same boat. I get to my gym at 430. Usually just a protein shake before and a banana right after followed by oatmeal at work. Light enough that it doesnt get in the way but Im never feeling hungry!

Ive heard that fasted workouts are good in the sense that you perform better. To actually get benefits, though, youre supposed to slam a protein shake beforehand to “permit” your body to burn calories... Stoke the oven as it may be.

nVidia cards with Shadowplay are pretty awesome for this, too. Not sure if AMD has a similar hardware offering but the zero impact on performance is amazing.

Play single player in offline mode maybe? Havent tried tried the mods but the offline mode works fine.
