If I were ever up for a position of public power, the first thing I would do is scroll through my 17k tweets and delete anything too asinine. I mean, I've never gone to war with ice cream, but I have posted an unhealthy amount re: how much I love the fabulous blouses of fictional lady detectives.

I hope Canada learned something from the PM Uncanny Valley years when Leitch or O'Leary comes along next.

That's not really going to help the rest of us sharing the planet with you, as Trump and co spend the next four years gutting environmental protections and climate change initiatives.

I was classily taking the high road until I saw the Imogen Heap "Hide and Seek" mix.

Were you under Harper? That was honestly a national nightmare.

I wouldn't expect them to be cool with it, I would also not expect them to try and shut down Twitter accounts across the board.

I'm seeing a lot of criticism around non-Americans protesting Trump, along the lines of how it doesn't affect us. But the attacks on endangered species, climate/the environment, security, net neutrality, those are going to hit all of us.

It was high, and everyone was so fantastic (despite the disturbing amount of police presence around the American embassy).

One of the few things on the new, threadbare whitehouse.gov site is gutting protected land for energy/fuel.

We were out in Toronto and it was amazing. Organizers were expecting 5-10k, and it ended up being 60k people turnout.

She probably would also have picks for education, energy, and the epa who didn't want to destroy all those things.

As someone who does work in digital marketing, that's not logic on their part, just laziness. Or sloppiness. Or ineptitude.

If wishes were fishes, we'd all cast nets. I think it's disingenuous of you to point to Trump's qualifications and policies as though they were sound, when all we've seen are his cabinet picks being woefully uneducated in the areas they are supposed to leave, and policy so far has been gutting environmental

Do you work in digital marketing? It's really not the case that Trump would be personally approving an image, and that that image would have to be of the crowd. Knowing that they'd be launching today, before the event, they could have:
1. Taken a proper shot of Trump to placehold until a crowd shot.
2. Taken a custom

Now, now.

It is so incredibly sad that that's the best everyone can hope for. Four years of bad decisions isn't just four years of bad decisions. It's four years good decisions weren't made. It's four years without progress, and the progress from the past eight torn down. It's so goddamn heartbreaking.

I remember debating with a friend in university over whether or not The Handmaid's Tale could actually go down in America. Well, egg on my face because I argued people wouldn't let it happen.

It's hard to avoid because… it's real. And important. But every time I see another one of his cabinet choices melt under the most basic of questions, ugh. How can this be happening.
