What's scaring the shit out of this neighbour-to-the-north is he's already flagrantly flaunting established political rules and standards and no one seems to be doing anything about it? Beyond the (justifiably) outraged coverage, is anyone in his party or otherwise taking action? With the Republicans in power at all

Yea, by 10:30est my friends and I were at the "Oh my god, this is actually happening." stage.

It feels so maudlin to say, but I'm feeling that way around a few pieces of entertainment I used to love. Like, this time of year I always take a day to just do festive ridiculous things. Tidy a space for the Christmas tree, get my holiday cards ready, bake some festive cookies, watch Love, Actually. But what always

Who would unite easily under Pence. Learn from Toronto's lessons, America, learn from ussss /crone hand

I would, but all my money's Canadian so…

Seriously, the scary creep who knows how to play the game is far, far worse than the ludicrous creep who doesn't. Pence would actually be able to get (terrifying) things done.

He's such a nice dude, too.

"Why not today, Satan?"

Is it gradually going away? Like, an epic racist who ran on a campaign of racism just won your election. That seems rather a step against progress.

The only thing I'd switch is Coven and Freak Show. Man I hated Coven. Not that Freak Show was a gem, but I did enjoy Finn Wittrock's introduction and the small touches of humanity throughout.

She's still working plenty, DCAU is just… man. How do you go from that good to this bad?

Woooooof that voice acting. I guess it's not the worst I've ever heard (although I am struggling to come up with examples), but the JL/U and BtAS comparisons certainly don't help.

Oh yea, this dude totally spends tons of time with hot feminists. Hot women in general, really.

I maintain that Pence would be worse. He's an evil shit and he knows the game. He might actually get some(terrible)thing done.

Considering the cabinet he's putting together, that might be better?

I think I remember hearing he didn't get on with Katherine Heigl. However they may have just not clicked and it reflected poorly on both of them.

It would've been nice if he also drew a line at virulent hate based on race, religion, gender, and sexual orientation.

Your libertarian friend voted for someone saying openly racist, hateful things, because he was against Hillary? Man. Learn to draw a line, that guy.

They probably will. I'm certainly not saying he had to diss Trump, but it would have been nice had he at least spoken out against hate in a general way.

I feel like that's all I've been hearing for the past twenty years. Compromise more and more, always be empathetic to people who can't be bothered to vote with an ounce of empathy themselves.
