No victim would state that “You kicked my ass last night and that makes me want to fuck your brains out” talking specifically about the incident itselft. No thinking human could read that and say that there wasn’t reasonable doubt that the incident was consensual.

The victim shaming is actually just accusor shaming. They lied, and should be shamed for it.
