You're confusing Radar Jammers with Radar Detectors. Radar detectors do not interfere with radar signals, they merely search for and receive radar signals on known radar frequencies. A radar jammer is a transmitter that actively interferes with the radar signal, those are actually the ones that are highly illegal.

Logitech has two backlit keyboards, the Wireless Illuminated Keyboard K800 and the Illuminated Keyboard (wired). Both have 10 keys, and the letters glow not the entire key. I love my K800, had it for close to a year now.
