Late reply, but I really liked the end of the film. For one thing, what would an epic clash between Mr Glass and The Unbreakable Man look like? My brother thought he should use goons with fire hoses to exploit the water weakness but… come on.

It will never hit the same dramatic tension as The Wire (which was, at least in part, a police procedural), but if you like character studies it has its own unique strengths. Honestly the first season was a bit of a strain for me because a lot of it was so nakedly political, later seasons get a bit more breathing room…
