I tried really hard to get through episode one, and...couldn't. I had the same problem with new Doctor Who, and ended up starting with episode 2.
How many episodes?
Hm, don't know if it's fair to include anything Idris Elba says here...
This is fascinating. But I can't help but feel slightly traumatized...
It can kill you. Turn you blue.
I just mean in general. In terms of society. I don't care to scroll down and read other comments right now, but whether or not they exist in this particular article doesn't negate that these responses happen in real life.
You seem to be missing the point.
Good luck with that.
Agreed. When I was a child, my parents refused to buy me a gameboy, not because I'm female but because they thought it would be addictive. And gameboys weren't really a *thing* then. They were right. Worse yet, children today have these little devices, and half of them are under 5.
Bring a book.
Also, I know 2 days late, maybe no one will reply...does anyone think that the Prof might be the Big Bad, or Silas or whatever?
Do you mean manipulated? I don't know if she's interesting enough to be manipulative, at least not intentionally.
I find them both to be creepy in many ways. Obsession with one dead 17 year old for 100 years, then they find her duplicate and so, they become obsessed with the 17 year old human doppleganger.
Anyone else want Matt to be more useful (aside from good friend, human blood bag, etc) and be like..Jeremy's watcher?
How so?
Good, I'm glad. Kid stuff? Like paint on her face and stick her finger in hot water?
Wouldn't this be nice if this opened a space for discussion about power and gender dynamics, instead of a) slut-shaming and b) associated racial assertions that mixed race children are a product of a philandering mother?
