This is just the wrong direction. I’d love to see one of these updated with a modern efficient 4cyl and more appropriate wheel size like 15". You can still pack decent brakes in those. It could be a nice lightweight modern update on a classic farm truck without the penis extender motor and wheels.

McParland nailed it. You can daily drive a classic, especially with a climate like Texas’. I live in Canada so I can only drive my 1955 Cadillac around for about 7-8 months out of the year.
