My dad was in charge of the railroad in Rawlins WY for a bit and they gave him a brown sedan as a company car. Never got stuck.

I’m 98k in on my 2003 Element.

I was dubious. But it had such low mileage. And two years later I’m in the sort of love that you never want to end. (Even dropped in a non-cannon lunchbox, because that’s how we roll.)

Our college kid just dinged ours again, but after 3 Foresters, we’ve never looked back. Fantastic daily family wagon for my executive wife. It shares a garage with my 2003 Element. My car collection is complete.

I believe Hangar B at Tillamook is the biggest of these war-era behemoths. They lost Hangar A to fire in the ‘90s.
