The Oprah Chai doesn't have sugar. Most chais that you get in coffee shops are basically tea flavored syrup mixed with steamed milk. So, it's definitely a different experience if you're accustomed to something super sweet. FWIW I like them both.

That is so true. Last year I went with a friend who had a son my son’s age (four) and a ten year old daughter and her friend. The ten year olds were amazed by how much extra candy they got just by being in the presence of little kids.
