I noticed something similar the other day. I was also in Prospect Park walking around, and my egg was stuck on 5.0km/5.0km for quite a while before it hatched. I had definitely walked enough to hatch it but it refused to crack.

I’ve fixed the coffeemaker. I’ve also been asked to fix the toilet and blown out light bulbs and such. I’ve been asked to do a lot of ridiculous things because “you’re helpdesk! Help me!”
