Ironically, one of his worst female characters is probably the one played by his (then) future wife.

I think this kind of thing sort of annoys me because it's calling out specific directors, who should be able to make the films they want. I think more of the problem probably lies in the executives and producers that choose to make male-starring films. I have a feeling those are the kinds of people who actively say,

Kind of annoyed by the reviewer feeling like he needs to say maybe Bob's feat isn't that big a deal for some people. I don't know about that. That was all pretty dangerous for anyone. It would be amazing that someone like Bob could do that. And he seemed to do it mostly because he thought it was the only way to help

Exactly. I can certainly see the idea that giving someone the spotlight isn't always a good idea. I don't like giving lots of time and press coverage to some murderer because that could be all they want. But in some cases, exposing them to the general public is a good thing. He's not just some conservative pundit,

I didn't see that, so what do I know? But the fact he's already saying it shouldn't air is some good evidence he doesn't look very good in it.

I hate to just post complaints, but I definitely don't "get" Nick Kroll. He can be sometimes funny, but never seemed like anyone deserving of a few of his own TV shows.

I seriously look back at the helicopter bit as the final nail in the coffin for me. I watched sporadically for the rest of that year but I knew I was done. I honestly just laughed out loud at that scene. The helicopter returned to finish the guy off! Still hilarious!

Very true. I've been watching the first few seasons on one of the cable channels (POP, I think) and that show was really good. Even if you take out the storylines, the medical scenes when there is some major trauma or multiple patients are extraordinary. There are so many characters doing so much (and saying so many

I think it's sometimes good to let people know about the ranting preacher if he has a lot of followers.

And why do we have to think she IS sympathetic. Maybe the interview makes him look like a horrible human being.

Heads up, people. If he is now saying he doesn't want it aired, it's probably a good indication that it SHOULD be aired. He doesn't think he comes out of it looking good.

Corporate sponsors are generally afraid of any controversy. I'm not sure why anyone is surprised by this.

I sure am tired of the assumption that if someone is criticizing suggestions of Trump being killed, they automatically did not have a problem when the same was done to Obama. Can't I have a problem with BOTH things? I do not like anything portraying and/or advocating the murder of the current president. I'm not saying

That's what I wondered about, too. But somehow I doubt the people putting on this play were attempting to show Trump in a positive light. Makes me wonder if THEY actually understand the play.

Foreign powers from the nation of Aissur, no doubt.

That would work. Does that one include the guy's murder? If it's Shakespeare, I presume so.

Both "sides" do that constantly. They have been doing it for years. When you don't like the subject of the article, find a bad photo of them. Pretty childish in all cases. "I don't like Obama! To reinforce that, I'm going to illustrate this article with a photo of him sneezing." Stupid.

Which itself was already a Dirty Harry reference.

Sitting and watching TV for long periods of time is bad? Who knew?

As many people preface things with these days, I do hate Trump. But Comey strikes me as kind of weaselly through all this.
