its pretty amazing that the dealership and ferrari let this thing actually get into the court system. you’d think if it were true, they would have settled and maybe even over compensated this guy right at the beginning. for that reason i kind of think there’s more to the story.

this reminds me of a blooming homosexual romance between two men in that awkward stage where they are confused about their sexuality and using strange defence mechanisms to protect their strong male egos while they come to grips with their feelings for each other simultaneously.
