the obvious loophole with no haggle pricing is overpaying for a trade-in or adding options for “no cost”. i’ve done two transactions with my local BMW dealer that has a no-haggle policy, and one of them way overpaid me for my trade-in. on paper i only ended up paying $2000 for the car going back.
