Generic white women who can sorta act and are not in demand enough to create a contractual fight are a dime a dozen. The Hallmark Channel will be fine. I agree that starting slowly is the way to go. In 2011, I completed the Couch to 5K program (using the Ease Into 5K app from BlueFin). When I started, I could barely complete the 60 second run intervals. In March, I ran my first half marathon!

My first hump was looking at a Mocha Cookie Crumble thingy ad at the end of the article. Seriously, my knees are not good (at 62) I take about two steps and pain sets in, so my next step is to lose 20#, already 20 down.
