He is AMAZING in, remarkably, the Age of Adeline. One of his very best performances. Totally raw.

I don't think there is an Audrey/Jack/Kate triangle. There's no romantic angle with Jack and Kate. If there's a triangle it's Jack/Audrey/Mark.

Right? So good. I wonder if Surnow could be that self-deprecating. Fingers crossed.

If LAD continues I wish they would do a season with an american, libertarian gone nuts tim mcveigh type big bad. It would be so great.

Terry. And Jack leaving Audrey at the end of 6 got a silent clock, Renee too I think. Excuse me, I just rewatched in preparation for LAD.

Don't think so. All the dialogue was audible. I think his lying about it makes dramatic sense too.

She definitely didn't say either of those nice things about Mark. I think Jack is trying not to ruin her marriage since he thinks he'll be out of her life again by the end of the day.

Ugh. I don't want to but I agree with you. Except that I love the actress who plays Janet.

I'm pretty sure. : ) Guess I'll just have to read it again!

I don't recall any reference to her being a dominatrix professionally or personally.

She was certainly tough and dominant, but she wasn't a dominatrix so to speak.

According to Fuller she is a lesbian and I believe is likely to go down her bodybuilder route as the show continues.

I appreciate the performances in that scene but overall I felt the same way about the scene and the movie. I would LOVE to see that scene done justice on the show as it was written in the literature, but I was absolutely floored by this interpretation/version with Gideon.

The Krendler scene in the book is the most off the wall crazy insanity I think I've ever read. It is jaw droppingly good. It has a huge emotional payoff outside of being primally shocking because Krendler is just the worst slimiest excuse for a human being and has wronged Clarice so badly, so there's an effed up part
