Not sure why you would want to compare Magikarp and Metapod, they’re both useless. That being said, Magikarp learns tackle at 15 now (Metapod doesn’t learn anything other than harden). Metapod evolves earlier at around 12, but a Butterfree will never compare with the might of a Gyarados.

I completely agree, there needs to be a sequel to the Goblin Emperor. What will happen with Maia’s marriage? Will the eleven and goblin empires unify under his rule? These are questions I need answered.

It’s stories like these that make me glad to be such a visibly physically handicapped woman, I never have to deal with this.
