I completely agree. I can "read" through things without subvocalizing, but to do it, I have to read so fast I don't really remember what I'm reading.

I don't know about a lot of their stuff, but the TJ brand of Cheerios was no gusta. I thought Cheerios was a pretty straightforward thing and hard to mess up, but they figured out how.
Assuming your hands are big enough to securely grab all your lenses.
I'm doing it completely wrong then. I like to have a little slice of ginger on the piece of roll that I'm eating.
I'd also say, if your chopsticks have little barbs/bits left on them after you break them apart, then you're informing the establishment they do in fact have cheap utensils, and they're hindering your enjoyment of the meal.
What if your mom had passed away? I think that would have lead to some really interesting conversation.
Concur. Navy blue suit is the first one any man should own. The most versatile in terms of what you can wear it with shoe, tie and shirt wise. Oddly enough, I have like eight suits, and a plan navy isn't one of them right now. The one I had fell apart on me and hasn't been replaced yet. I have two with pinstripes…
Um, tapered legs or narrow leg openings are very, very fashionable, particularly when it comes to European fashion and suits. Open up a GQ and take a quick look at the photos of the suits they're recommending. Narrow leg openings with very little, to no break at the bottom.
I think most pros would likely opt for a graduated ND filter before they'd go the HDR route, unless they're specifically into the HDR thing.
Isn't that also a way catholics usually remember the order of the points of the cross to "cross themselves?"
Am I dense and just not seeing it, or is there no G+ sharing button?
Potomac River Running in the DC are is awesome for fitting. They have a pressure pad you stand on barefoot to get a visualization of how your feet carry the load of your body weight. Then they put you in neutral test shoes on a treadmill to watch your natural stride and strike, checking for overpronation. It also…
Love 8Tracks. Started there b/c of LH's first rec on looking into Noon Pacific, which is fantastic, but I've stuck around and found a lot of great stuff on there.
From my perspective, you're going to get your best value for you money if you build your own. You know exactly what is going into it, you can ensure quality brands are being used for things like the power supply, MB, and RAM, and you can avoid all the rubbish bloatware that gets packaged in today's computers.
I'd be real hesitant about that mix in a condo with no yard. Borders and Jack Russels are high energy animals. Borders are also extremely intelligent and really like to "work." They like to heard things and really like to be mentally exercised in addition to being physically exercised.
Not a full fitness tracking app, but I have a Garmin GPS watch that I love. I just wanted to track how far I went and how long it took. Garmin Connect provides your history with times and distances and a mapping of where you went. My watch also tracks personal bests, and given I'm a pretty competitive person, I've…
Highly recommend Tom's Hardware forums, for knowledgeable computer folks. If you go there, I would recommend making sure you have as much info as possible (hardware setup, OS, etc) about your system and specifically try to narrow down the conditions that lead to the BSOD. First thing you might try is making sure all…
I think it depends largley on how natural it sounds coming out of your mouth, and the company you keep. I've always played soccer, watched a ton on tv, and had a number of English coaches. In the process, I've found that I picked up phrases here and there. I don't say bloody, but I tend to use brilliant more in a…
I'm not exactly sure if this will hit the mark for you, but you can use Chrome Remote Desktop to remote into your other machines. It's an extension for Chrome that is really easy to setup, and works like a charm. I have an extra machine running Win7 that I use solely for storage and backup, and I can remote into…
I just built a new machine about 3 weeks ago, but the system I was using up until then was about 6 years old.
