@cowondinosaur: Yes, just like tossing a $100 WiFi adapter onto the Elite is totally comparable. Not everyone needs WiFi, and you don't need to get it through Microsoft.

Spore and S-E games means I may be investing in an iPod Touch for my next AV player.

It's pretty clear that there is some serious internal dislike for the PS3 within S-E. Not a shocker, seeing how badly it's delayed FF13, but it makes me wonder if that exclusivity is really as solid as it is claimed to be.
