I remember the first time I came across the debut online and how unexpected it was to see a woman's album of that era start off with a song called "If I'm In Luck I Might Get Picked Up." Hearing it made even less sense as a 1973 release. "Sexually charged" feels like an understatement. Super cool stuff.

The main problem, I think, with revisiting these older science shows (especially something like Cosmos) is the updated science and standards that come with time. Luckily, these simpler Nye show concepts don't need much adjustment for the most part, in part because the show wasn't also Steve Spangler/IFLscience levels…
