It's a freakin charging cable, do I want it to be beautiful ? NO! Do I want to find a compatible charging cable just about anywhere ? YES !

Seeeeee... this is what happens when you ban alcohol in a country !
I'm not a fan of "how to pirate stuff" articles, but if you are going to do it at least get the basics right: getting stuff trough direct download is well... slow and painful... and I do mean slow... like really slow... and you won't have any reviews on wtf are you downloading... is it a 1080 dvd-rip or is some shady…
As far as I know, the "play store" only started selling hardware (Galaxy Nexus that is) about 6-7 months ago. Before that Google wasn't handling anything except developing the software for the devices.
Of course we want to get rid of hour shitfaced president too, but a google nexus 7 would be nice in the meantime. I hope that I'll be able to order it from the UK, if rumors are true it should get to major retail stores (including to some that deliver to Romania) at the end of the month (about the same time when we'll…
No, because Google is a noob when it comes to selling hardware and in Europe we won't get our hands on this tablet until september or whenever it'l start to sell here (some report october). I feel like waiting for my raspberry pi all over again.
- 1 TB in a family NAS, about 25% free (it holds music, my daughter's cartoon collection, backups and other stuff I don't remember, I don't really use it)
same question... guess it needs #corrections
Dropbox is a great service, I love their mobile & desktop client especially for the instant uploads. It helps me keep track of all my pics. It's especially handy for my DSLR, all I have to do is plug in the card (or the camera) and automatically imports new pics to dropbox... this gives me the chance to edit them…
How come I never noticed this contest though I read gizmodo daily ?
Well I don't like using my phone as a GPS unit (and whenever possible I use my old PDA) because they get hot, on sunny days connecting them to a charger doesn't really help because the phone gets overheated and stops charging, so chances are that after a long trip you'll get out with less than 30% battery (even though…
I don't get it... why does he need two Galaxy Nexuses, two iphones plus a droid razr ? OK, one galaxy nexus is only used to charge the battery so he can charge two batteries when he has an outlet (though it seems an overkill but whatever)... two iphones ? (ok, maybe he has two numbers and he turns off his business…
This is some shattering news !
Well, my honest guess is that the harder it is to drive in a place the better the drivers are. If you're daily commute involves driving on a straight highway with a slow average speed, then parking in huge parking lot, then back home you're not likely to be able to be very good at parallel parking, overtaking, or…
Can I just point that you can only order the nexus7 (or any other hardware) trough google play from only 4 countries ? WTF Google ? How hard can it be to accept orders from all around the world ? Sure, make me pay for transport, taxes, whatever... but why wouldn't you let me just because I'm not from US, Canada, UK or…
Chromium... well... I used chromium before the actual Chrome for linux was launched. As far as I remember Chromium wasn't syncing browser tabs with Chrome on ICS while chrome for linux did (but they might have updated in the meantime).
for ICS & JB: Chrome (duh !)
On a typical day I only carry my smartphone. Why would I carry anything else ? When I'm at home I have a desktop computer/media player/xbox and when I'm at work I also have a computer with two monitors... When I'm neither at work, neither home, I'm not going to carry around anything larger than my phone.
I bought the galaxy nexus about 2 months ago, and yes I was delighted that I was able to upgrade to jellybean about 24 hours after it was released (yeah, some rooting/flashing involved but it's clear that google didn't wanted to keep it a well guarded secret).
