Back in 1979 I walked in cold to a matinee of a movie I hadn’t heard anything about, but the movie poster looked intriguing. The film was named ‘Alien’.

I don’t think there is a way to do that, reasonably.

You must be new to Hollywood.

I wonder if it’s because she will be a minor character and James “comes out of retirement” within the first act.

The Terminator franchise loves to do this for some reason. The previews gave away that Arnie was the good guy in T2 and John Connor was the bad guy in T5.

This was clearly someone selling a “scoop”. Not an official release.

Get ready for people to lose their shit.

And here’s a curiosity, a song most definitely inspired by David Bowie. I recall back when it was originally released Peter Scilling was asked on a local radio station how he was inspired by David Bowie’s Space Oddity with this song to which he deadpanned “I wasn’t”. I could practically see the interviewer’s jaw

More than anything else David Bowie’s songs seemed to drift toward sci-fi and spacey themes. Others copied, of course, and IMHO one of the best David Bowie-esq songs not made by David Bowie is this one...

Written by someone with no clue about cars or sex.

Honestly, the older S/X interiors look better than the Model 3, so I see this as a good thing.

You’re quite right: One example does not an entire fleet make.

Report only the positives?

Who the hell assess reliability based on 3 months of ownership? I personally think a car can’t be considered reliable if it doesn’t make it to 100k miles with only very minor issues.

there were wide reports of defects and rework. Rework costs money, and is unnecessary overhead, which is bad for a young company (our any company). Maybe they solved their problems, I don’t actually know

I wonder if the build quality has improved or not. Churning out more defective models is not good for the bottom line in the long run.

I would absolutely worry about an EV being charged in my garage. Doubly so for a basement garage, which can send the whole house up in flames really quickly. I’m not saying it’s totally rational

i see no problem with this device at all, straight from Tesla Website:

Agreed.
