Just want to point out that these are images from the prototype in 2016. The delivered version of the interface is much more clear. The entire left third of the screen is dedicated to speed and the car’s spatial awareness display.

I hope I’m not the only one, but I actually think Tesla’s UI is pretty excellent. Arguably one of the best in the entire auto industry right now. Would I like a regular knob to change my climate temp? Of course. Is it so painful just using the programmable button on the wheel? Absolutely not.

I think the key phrase was “payload into space.” Blue Origin has never launched anything into orbit, nor brought a payload there. They sent their rockets straight up, and brought them straight back down.

Ever sat in a Bolt? The material choice is actually somehow worse than Tesla. The dash may as well be cardboard and the plastics on the interior scream “Fischer Price.” Range drops off sharply at higher speeds because it’s shaped like a sneaker. Add more storage, higher performance, optional AWD, supercharging…

But they don’t. They can access crash logs to corroborate a story, but beyond that, no one is watching. Why do you think they’re so interested in where you are? Sure, they CAN look at that data, but they have no reason to. The government knows where you are whenever you place a wireless phone call. I feel like that…

I want to point out that Summon is not designed to be used on grades steeper than 5 or 10%. This is mentioned on the user manual.
