I think Peter Molyneux is awesome and I can't wait to see what he comes up with next. So long as he's not given up making games, then I support the move!

Through no fault of my own that I'm aware of (having not asked nor searched for on my own) I had the misfortune of being spoiled to the endings of Mass Effect 3 and now I'm incredibly uneasy; I've decided to temper my excitement and wait for some reviews first. March 6th still can't come soon enough, but I'm sad that

YYYYYEEESSS!!!!! Ah, I'm so excited for this!

Not exactly. The "day one" dlc in this instance is free only to Collector's Edition buyers. That was the version "many fans would be likely to purchase" according to Bioware, so this situation is different. Even folks who buy a brand new standard edition copy of ME3 are still required to pay extra if they want the Day

I just want Mass Effect 3 on Steam. Is that really too goddamn much to ask for? /bitterness

lol Best comeback ever

So, every time I refresh the Kotaku homepage, or click the header up top, the site resets my choice of layout to "traditional," as opposed to the "blog" layout I normally have. Cookies are enabled, and I have since cleared them and came back with no change. Is this happening to anyone else?

Wikipedia has been raising awareness about it before today, but that's not the point. I never once said Kotaku or Gawker sites in general were villains, just that something more could be done to acknowledge the protest.

It's fine if you don't want to full on join the protests. But surely something could have been done to acknowledge what's happening other than this article.

That would have been pretty remarkable, actually. They could have made fantastic progress for....eh, "acceptance" for lack of a better word, had they produced a game of Uncharted's quality with a homosexual yet not stereotypical protagonist.

Psh, these guys don't REALLY want Dark Souls for PC. They just like bitching about it; it's not like they're going to buy it if it's released. Hell, 95% of these people are pirates anyway, so it's hardly worth porting.

I.....I'm not even sure how to respond to this. They're drivel is obviously just the insane mutterings of a bunch of jackasses but damn. I'm not offended easily but once I hit his final "update" I think my brain short-circuited from all the douchebaggery.

This is startlingly accurate advice. Hell, I doubt Sega is the first group of people to consider a "hard reset" solution when it comes to idiotic ideas like SOPA and the group of people who come up with them.

Ah, that actually makes a lot of sense. I was kind of bitter towards Grunt in the beginning because he kind of took the place of Wrex in ME2 so I can understand a bit of that.

So, it really is just the aesthetics at this point? That actually makes me feel better as I thought I had missed a horrible part of his back story or something.

Whoa, there's a tremendous amount of hate for this guy around here. Am I missing something? I mean, yeah, he has a douchy haircut but that can't be the reason for all this hate. Was he revealed to be a baby face-puncher or Tali-hater or something?

Maybe it's a Christmas present from Valve!

Why do I get the feeling that they'll pull out a secret vote at the last minute and try to sneak it in under the radar when everyone is distracted by the holidays?

Everything about this game just makes me sad. I see it and I immediately get all nostalgic for KotOR and it makes me want to play. However, I've built a bitter little home in Nerdrage-ville about it not being single player (which I know is ridiculous at this point) and I'm definitely not paying monthly fees for it.

If they could patch out that whole "MMO" bit, that would be awesome! Sadly, I'm still all nerd-ragey about this being an MMO rather than a true KotOR sequel :(
