Right. I agree. Its a job that is used for second income. Extra money if needed. Hence why you can work the hours/times you want. They aren’t forcing you to work and that if you don’t there are consequences.

I think people mostly mislead themselves. There were/are people buying new cars just for trying to make driving full time thinking they are going to make so much income...even they have a renting program that cost a couple pints of blood to use each week. Uber may have some grey areas with their diction on terms but…

I don’t understand how drivers complain about working for Uber, but accepted those conditions when they decided to work for Uber. First it was wanting full time benefits even though they knew they didn’t get it being a contractor and now complaining about tips when knowing that Uber doesn’t encourage it.
