Nonsense - beltway traffic routinely moves at 70+ mph, unless there's a backup for some reason, and this only happens at rush hours or if there's a big wreck. Same with 95 and the other interstates here. Rush hour is usually only one direction (mainly) in the morning and afternoon, so the other side is booking.
