Yes, the term was widely used in the EU (and spawned a great pun in Starfighters of Adumar). I just interpreted the question as “has Disney imported the EU term in their current continuity?”, in which case the answer is yes.

To answer your question: yes, they’ve already called toilets “refreshers” in several current-canon novels. Not yet in comics and video games though.
