I’m old enough to have actually wanted an SSEi when they were new. At the time, it seemed to me to be a pretty decent, even cool car. Unfortunately it couldn’t be had with a manual. Alas.

Having worked in Automotive Prototypes for nearly two decades, I call it a Backlight. (Or Backlite)

At least they’ve mostly stopped trying to shoehorn Phelps into every single headline.

No good way of discussing Snapchat posts in app. Replies are not threaded, and the posts disappear after a few seconds. You can’t have conversations with a group of people on Snapchat.

How do we fix it? My feed changed over last night, and now it’s completely useless. I liked a photo from a week ago, and I feel like it looks like I’m creeping. At least on Facebook there’s a terrible and broken Most Recent option, but I see nothing on Instagram. There’s a workaround for Google+, but so few people use

Isn’t it ironic? Don’t cha think?

Somewhat ironic that a POC in the American South doesn’t understand that...

Uhhh... Pretty sure there was a war fought and laws passed against people purchasing other people.. One would think that a POC from the South would understand that concept.

A whole bunch of colors are available, but no manual, and no packages.

In my zip code (Long Beach, CA) a manual is not available on any of the three different trim levels. I stopped there.

When these come to California, they’ll replace the Camaro I saw yesterday up on Angeles Crest.

Although I’ll admit that it’s among the worst for basic commuting, I’ll be the dark horse here and say that Los Angeles is actually among the best cities for driving fun. This place is surrounded by amazing roads in the mountains and canyons, as well as beautiful scenic roads right on the coast. Mulholland, Angeles

Way back when, I remember seeing Dodge Neons with Landau roofs at a dealership on Woodward just south of McNichols. Thank the Lord, I never saw one of them on the road.

Dat panel gap doe..

I like how they doubled down on check engine lights. So, are you only *really* in trouble when both the light above the tach *and* the light above the speedometer are lit?

I was just about to say this. My 2015 FiST has a key in the fob that can be accessed by squeezing the fob near the key ring. The lock cylinder is right where you’d expect it to be on the door handle, and can be accessed by sticking the key in the slot on the underside of the handle and levering it up. This is a fail

The single biggest problem with the TIE fighter as an actual dogfighter and interceptor is that you have basically zero visibility. You can’t see enemy fighters unless they’re directly in front of you! Can’t check your six, can’t really fly in formation without help from the onboard computer, etc...

I’ve been driving a manual Fiesta in LA since April (A ‘14 SE 5-speed and then a ‘15 ST 6-speed), and I barely notice. The clutch is light and easy to operate, and the hill start assist is a godsend up in the hills. Plus, the FiST makes enough power that climbing a steep grade is fun, rather than the hard work it can

I think you’d be surprised at the copious headroom. I’ve had passengers 7’ tall who were quite comfortable in the front seat. Only way to know for sure is to sit in one.

For me, the FiST was both more fun to drive and easier to park. Seating space is about the same, though the FoST wins in straight-line performance and cargo area with the seats up. If you want Recaros and the touchscreen infotainment system, the FoST will set you back about $30k. For me personally, I went with the
