Yeah, I either misread the status, or read an article with incorrect information. I read Dave Calhoun was going to be CEO immediately, and (later) Larry Kellner would take chairman role. Now I’m reading Calhoun is going to be elevated to CEO next month, Kellner is chairman effective immediately.

Bimetallic corrosion. There was insufficient plating/coating/paint between the aluminum and steel components which creates a reaction between the two metals. I *think* that if the wiper is improperly grounded, it accelerates the process.  Also if they are exposed to conductive fluid. 

More cylinders = better mpg...  time to bring back the Cadillac Sixteen
