I think people are misinterpreting the photo as a claim to be the same one he describes...but I interpreted it to be a ‘stock’ photo, since the OP says that the vehicle was a homemade RV.

At least one GM engineer covers up an ignition issue by changing the design without changing the part number or adding a revision. 124 deaths result from the original problem (I don’t know how many of those are after he/they changed the design), no criminal…
