@Gary_7vn: I have heard that it does make for longer buffer time

@Red Rocket: from what I've heard, yes, Apple's got a team on it

@wjglenn: Possibly good news: I know someone whose parents work for apple, and his mom is working on making iTunes for windows useable

@MattSTKC: last i checked, you should be able to do this through isync.

@iamjames: little more legal option of itunes, get to keep them, in HD

that is pretty much what my phone does for me. it does have a camera, multimedia, and several other things, but I don't want to pay extra, and i have an itouch anyway

@Platypus Man: personally, this is good if they add physical card you can buy from a store, as i'm a student and don't have a credit card. otherwise, just use a credit card and don't tie up your cash

partition an iphone, carry the cable used for charging. done. (stick linux on if you want to be extra techy)

@MikeSWelch: calm down jbarr. note the black dot on the back? that is a microphone. if you don't trust me, look at this page ([www.apple.com] and see microphone right under built-in-speaker

@donlphi: you are correct, but there are several free texting apps, and I highly recommend google voice, and a skype or something for free calls

@moonshadowkati: have you done it? i've seen all these posts about having to get special hardware and software just to hackintosh, and even then it doesn't run as well

Actually, for me it was more like a 100% decrease in performance. I'm not sure why, but now TF2 and Portal won't launch at all, and I'm getting annoyed. It worked fine before the update, and now it's not.

@Brookespeed: it actually is illegal to drive holding a phone in california

anyone else thinking that maybe they're working on fixing the antenna issue? especially with the post under mine stating that there is not much difference between white and black materials

so... he has an organic gravity gun?

@SewerShark: People want a quick solution. Would you rather lose your phone for 3-6 weeks while apple takes it back, coats it, then returns it? I think not. Besides, it's not like they've let the issue go. There are rumors that they are starting to coat iPhones, and that makes a lot of sense, they just have to work

@DefineStatutory: check out the other videos on apple's antenna site. If apple is cheating, then other companies should be booked for mass fraud. Look at how long it takes the signal to drop on other phones. Isn't everyone calling for transparency and the truth?

@Ninja_peach: Exactly why this is over blown. Now just to get the other couple hundred thousand (just off the top of my head, feel free to correct) people to post that they don't have an issue

@MayorBloomberg: Lots of people aren't having the issue, so it's not like everyone grips the phone that way, or they live in good signal strength areas. To me, it's not a problem (I'm planning to get one). Besides, I'm going to put a case on anyways.

@Java Ferrari: I think that is just Apple's estimate for the time it will take them to clear inventory, and that we will see some sort of coating users have been reporting on exchanged iPhones that negates the issue
