Yeah, that is my point. If he is driving I-70 over Vail pass at 11600 feet and this thing blows up cause its an utter pos he should be held criminally liable if he takes other ppl out. 

As long as he fiddles with it on his property it’s ok, but this car shouldn’t be on the road for sure.

i wonder if in the worst case he crashes on the road and takes out a bus full of kids in a massive fireball if he will be criminally liable since hes publicly documenting his utter lack of caring about safety. 

A Yerf Dog tube kart frame would be way harder to make from scratch than a square stock Jeep frame.

Or he can take the loss and move on to one of the multiple other projects already sitting at his house that aren’t structural and safety nightmares.
